The development of our support staff is just as important as any other staff in the organisation. We ensure that our LSAs and TAs hae the highest quality CPD and that includes visiting other schools in the network for our 'TAs on Tour' roadshow. They have the opportunity to see other schools in action and discuss appraches to teaching and learning with their colleagues.
