Please ensure that any complaints have followed your school complaints policy stages in the first instance. If you believe that your school has not allowed you to follow the stages in the policy or if you feel your complaint has exhausted the school policy or is serious enough that it needs to be addressed by the Trust please email your complaint in the first instance to We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint during term time only and during the working week and aim to do this within 48 hours. If however your complaint is about your school and has not followed the stages in the complaints policy it will be returned to you with an advisory note to follow this first.
