Our leadership network is led by our lead practitioner and former AST Cheryl Pallet. Cheryl is not only a skilled and experienced Deputy Head, but has extensive experience of leading and developing other lead practitioners in her previous AST role. Our aspiring leaders have the opportunity to meet regularly in a mutually supportive forum to network, share and develop leadership skills. Opportunities for peer to peer support, coaching and collaborative practice models broaden and enhance the experience of our leaders across the trust to enhance teaching and learning in all of our partner schools whilst supporting them to map out an exciting career journey. Teachers who choose to come and join us on this journey will be sure to find a strong team of supportive teachers, keen to invest in their own and other's ongoing professional development.
